The Parliament Literary Journal is a collection of fiction writing and art that accepts short stories, flash fiction, poetry, art, photography, or creative combinations of these works.
By submitting, you acknowledge that the work is yours and you maintain the rights to the story and therefore have permission to submit it to us for publication. It is your responsibility to notify us if the work has been published previously and credit that publisher properly, if required.
